The President also instructed the Cabinet to conduct preparations to Ukrainian-Russian Economic Forum under the patronage of the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia, which will be held in Krasnodar krai (Russia) and in Donetsk region.
In addition, the Government should submit proposals on projects of Ukrainian-Russian border and interregional cooperation and coordinate with the Russian side a plan of their implementation.
In the context of hosting EURO 2012 in Ukraine and Winter Olympics 2014 in Russia, the President instructed the Government to plan the development of international transport corridors and to submit the appropriate proposals.
In this regard the President instructed the Cabinet to prepare together with the Russian side to holding a meeting of the "Commonwealth of Regions” (Ukraine - Russia) at the Odessa Regional State Administration, and discuss with Russia and Belarus holding a meeting of the Council of Border Regions Governors of Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.
The Government should also facilitate development of the existing "Dnipro", "Slobozhanshchyna" and "Yaroslavna” Euroregions, complete the establishment of "Donbass"; and study feasibility of establishing “Azov” which would include Crimea, Donetsk region, Zaporizhzhya region, Krasnodar krai (Russia) and Rostov oblast (Russia).
Besides, the Government was instructed to submit proposals to the Russian side initiated Ukrainian-Russian motor race on the 100th anniversary of the first St. Petersburg - Kyiv motor race.
