President Yushchenko meets Swiss Vice-President Leuthard

Within the framework of his visit to Switzerland, President Victor Yushchenko met with Vice-President and Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs of Switzerland Doris Leuthard.

At the meeting sides discussed development of trade-economic and investment cooperation between Ukraine and Switzerland. Victor Yushchenko expressed opinion that preparation to holding UEFA European Football Championship finals of the in 2012 in Ukraine is a good opportunity to strengthen investment cooperation

President Yushchenko also said that signature of the free trade agreement between Ukraine and European Free Trade Association would important step in development of trade and economic relations between our countries.
