Ukraine perceives the Eastern Partnership as the additional possibility of broadening the dialogue with the EU rather than alternative to full-fledges integration to the Union, said Victor Yushchenko at his press conference in Budapest.
“We are pleased to say that the EU feels it necessary to introduce a separate formula of relations with Eastern Europe countries non-members of the European Union…”, - said Victor Yushchenko and complimented the fact that Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine would have a better structured dialogue with the EU, adding however that for Ukraine this framework is not an alternative to the talks on Association Agreement, free trade zone and liberalization of visa regulations.
