President’s Representative on International Energy Security Bohdan Sokolovsky informed at a press briefing that delegates from Ukraine and the European Commission signed a protocol in Brussels on presence of European observers at facilities of gas transport system of Ukraine.
The protocol was signed following talks between President Victor Yushchenko, the European Commission and the Czech Republic, which currently holds presidency in the EU.
