Construction of all Boryspil airport's sites for Euro-2012 to be finished in 2011

Construction of all facilities of the Boryspil airport required for Euro-2012 will be completed in 2011, head of the airport's development and planning service Ninel Herasymova told journalists during familiarization with the construction projects.

According to her, Terminal D and Low-Cost Terminal for servicing a range of budget companies and charter flights are supposed to be constructed by Euro-2012 in the Boryspil airport. Terminal B will be reconstructed and is planned to be put into operation by late 2008. A new hall for official delegations will be designed as well. A land plot of 10 ha, which belongs to the Defense Ministry but is not used by, is already assigned for this purpose.

Apart from this, the projects to be fulfilled are the following: construction of access ways and parking areas, reconstruction and enlargement of the airport's land side.
