The council of investors at the Cabinet of Ministers has already finished work on the bills on concession and state-private partnership, Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko said during the opening of an investment forum in Kyiv.
"These bills have been completed and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada," she said.
According to her, the abovementioned documents will become the mechanism for attracting investment in the country to prepare for the finals of the Euro 2012 European Football Championship.
