President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Rene van der Linden arrived in Ukraine on Monday.
He is supposed to meet with President Viktor Yushchenko, Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych and Verkhovna Rada Chairman Oleksandr Moroz.
The Ukrainian speaker and PACE president will open the PACE's political affairs committee session.
