- increasing reliability of energy supplies to Crimea, developing capabilities of Crimean power plants, development of alternative energy and energy saving projects;
- development of road infrastructure, construction and reconstruction of interstate and local highways;
- upgrading networks of centralized water supply and sanitation;
- development of municipal electric transport, including updating the vehicles stock.
President Yanukovych also instructed to support restoration of Anton Chekhov House-Museum in Yalta (Chief of Staff Sergiy Levochkin is personally in charge of this project).
Privatization authorities’ work should be organized and a relevant bill should be prepared if needed.
