President takes part in morning plenary meeting of Nuclear Security Summit

Before the meeting themed "National activities on securing nuclear materials and prevention of their illegal proliferation” Heads of States that arrived to the summit took part in the official photographing ceremony and talked informally to U.S. President Barack Obama.
