At the international airport of Strasbourg President Yanukovych was officially welcomed by representatives of the Council of Europe and Ukrainian diplomatic mission in France.
Upon arrival Viktor Yanukovych left for the Palace of Europe, where he met with PACE President Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Permanent Representative of Switzerland to the Council of Europe Paul Widmer, Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland and other Council of Europe members.
Ukrainian President and PACE President started their meeting after Viktor Yanukovych signed the Honorary Guest Book of the Council of Europe.
