After the discussion, held with participation of Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn, President Victor Yanukovych signed the amended Law on Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The President re-emphasized that it is crucial to form a parliamentary majority and appoint functional Government as soon as possible.
