President Victor Yushchenko met today with National Bank Chairman Volodymyr Stelmakh.
At the meeting sides have discussed recapitalization of banks, the external pay-sheet upon which the forecasts of foreign currency flow-out are based, necessity to alter some resolutions of the NBU, etc.
