President Victor Yushchenko has officially welcomed Mrs. Michaelle Jean, Governor General of Canada in Ukraine, who came to our country with the State visit. The ceremony took place in front of Presidential Secretariat in Kyiv.
After military orchestra performing national anthems of Ukraine and Canada, the two leaders hearing 21 round artillery volley and walking past an honor guard, Ukrainian and Canadian delegations were introduced to each other.
