President Victor Yushchenko met with Minister for Health Vasyl Knyazevych.
At the meeting President Yushchenko and Minister Knyazevych discussed measures aimed at preventing spreading of pig flu in Ukraine.
The Health Minister informed the President that the Ministry in cooperation with World Health Organization constantly monitors the situation and conducts preventive measures in seaports and airports with help of boarder guards and customs service.
With regard to the problem a subject of improving customs control over imports of meat to Ukraine was raised.
