Together with his family President Victor Yushchenko attended Easter Liturgy at St Volodymyr's Cathedral (Ukrainian Orthodox Church - Kiev Patriarchate), held by His Holiness, the Patriarch of Kiev and All Rus' - Ukraine Filaret.
He also took part in a festive procession around the Cathedral.
