In Prague President Victor Yushchenko met with representatives of Ukrainian community of the Czech Republic.
At the meeting President Yushchenko presented state awards to distinct representatives of Czech community of Ukrainians.
In his address to those present Victor Yushchenko stressed that Ukraine highly appreciates Ukrainian diaspora’s efforts aimed at promotion of good image of Ukraine across the world.
He also assured that Ukraine's course towards European and Euro-Atlantic integration remains unchanged and thanked representatives of Ukrainian community for their firm support of the course.
