On the occasion of February 14th bus crash near Proshova village, Ternopil region, President Victor Yushchenko sent telegrams to Emergencies Minister Volodymyr Shandra, Transportation Minister Yosyp Vinskyi and Ternopil Regional Governor Yuriy Chyzhmar instructing them to apply all measures to manage the results of the tragedy and to provide support to victims of the crash and their families.
