Ukraine will temporararily supply Bulgaria and Moldova with its own gas - President

President Victor Yushchenko wrote letters to President Georgi Parvanov  of Bulgaria and to President Vladimir Voronin of Moldova informing them of Ukraine’s decision to supply these countries with gas out of Ukraine’s reserves.

According to President Yushchenko the decision was adopted because of Russia stopping gas supplies to European countries and with regard to friendly relations between Ukraine and the two countries.

All the payments President Yushchenko suggested to postpone to the moment Russia resumes supplies of gas to Europe.
