At his joint press conference with President Lech Kaczynski of Poland that took place today in Wisla town, President Yushchenko said that Ukraine is ready to back any incentives of the European countries to help restore Russian gas supplies to Europe.
According to President this also concerns intentions of some countries to dispute cutting off of gas supplies in court because Ukraine is able to prove its non-implication in the problem.
Beside that President informed that Ukraine addressed the European Commission with the request to investigate statements by the Russian side about Ukraine stealing gas intended for Europe and repeated that Ukraine is ready to prove that this is not true in court.
