President Victor Yushchenko wrote a letter to Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
In his letter President requested the Government to foresee in 2009 State Budget the funds needed to cover financial support to adopting parents within the framework of a program that starts on January 1, 2009. In accordance with the program citizens that adopt a child have the right for financial support equal to that for a first born child.
