In presence of President Victor Yushchenko and leader of Libya Muammar al-Gaddafi Ukrainian-Libyan bilateral documents were signed.
These documents were:
- Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and Capital Gains.
- Memorandum on Understanding in Metrology and Certification.
