President Victor Yushchenko wrote a letter to Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko with a request to add some territories to the list of those that had been announced ecological emergency zone in the summer due to floods.
He explained such a request with the fact that some local authorities of territories that had not been included in the list claim that landslide processes have begun there too.
“I request you to determine in two days term, which of the inhabited localities are endangered and put them on the list of ecological emergency zones”.
