President Victor Yushchenko wrote a letter to Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
In his letter President requested Prime Minister to discuss at a nearest meeting of the Cabinet the problem with financing of extraordinary election of city, town and village governors, scheduled to be held on November 30, 2008 and approve decision on issuing money needed for the election.
