In Vinnytsya region President Victor Yushchenko came to Serebriyi village, damaged by the storms of July 23-27.
Speaking to the villagers President informed them that he is to forward to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on increasing financing the “Tysa” anti-flood program as soon as next parliamentary session begins.
He also promised that he would insist on increasing financing of other anti-flood programms.
