After Ukrainian-Maltese talks, in presence of President Victor Yushchenko and President Edward Fenech Adami of Malta, the delegations of Ukraine and Malta signed two bilateral agreements:
- The Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Malta on cooperation in fighting organized crime
- The Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Malta on cooperation in tourism.
