Production growth makes up 7.5 percent over six months

Volumes of the Ukrainian industry production grew by 7.5 percent from January till June against the same period of 2007, at the same time, the growth was received by all types of industrial activities, the State Statistics Committee informed.

In the metallurgical complex, the volumes of production increased by 3.3 percent, an increase of cast iron makes up five percent, steel - four percent, total rolled metal - six percent and coke - 10 percent against the same period of 2007.

The machine-building complex has been working with a 29.3 percent growth in the first half of the year.
