Justice Ministry suggests enabling Ukrainian citizens to approach government and local authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations via e-mail. The Ministry bought up for public discussion the relevant amendments to the Law "On Citizens Addresses", the Ministry press-service reported.
The current law wording envisages oral or writing forms of citizens addresses, while the writing form has to be submitted only via ordinary post service or be forwarded to the relevant authority personally or through empowered person.
