President: Ukraine and Russia to renew talks on Kerch strait disaster soon

At his press conference in Crimea President Victor Yushchenko informed the media that Ukraine and Russia would resume talks on mitigation of Kerch strait disaster consequences on intergovernmental level. “At two Presidents level we have reached agreement stating that according to international law responsibility should be put on the corresponding legal entities”, - he said. “Ukrainian and Russian side at governmental level will put all efforts into completing the procedures in the nearest future”, - said Victor Yushchenko.
