President Victor Yushchenko on Thursday spoke by phone with Poland’s Lech Kaczynski.
The two leaders discussed preparations for tomorrow's energy summit in Krakow. These informal talks are expected to involve the presidents of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Lithuania, and Kazakhstan’s energy and mineral resources minister. They are going to discuss ways to balance the Energy Charter with the interests of energy producers, transporters and consumers.
