The National Mining University (Dnipropetrovsk) has concluded agreements on double supervision of candidate's or doctoral dissertations with the Technical University "Freiberg Mining Academy", the Brandenburg Technical University (both Germany) and the Krakow Mining-Metallurgical Academy (Poland).
Due to these agreements Ukrainian competitors for scientific decrees can now use German and Polish scientific equipment and receive double diplomas.
Higher education institutions of Canada have also expressed their interestedness in such cooperation.
