That includes construction of a new 2500-meter runway, emergency station and air-traffic control tower, building and reconstruction of the apron, as well as installation of approach lighting system.
The new terminal will increase passenger turnout up to 2550 persons per hour. The project will enable the Kharkiv airport to accept such aircrafts as Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.
