President establishes Public Humanitarian Council

In accordance with the decree the President has also become the Chairman of the Council and appointed its membership.

The Council gathered well-known public figures - scientists, artists, writers, etc., such as: Dmytro Stus, Ivan Drach, Mykhailo Reznikovych, Valeriy Bebyk, Roman Lubkivsky, Petro Tolochko, Bohdan Stupka, and many other prominent public figures.
