Oleg Rafalskyy: Structures eliminated by presidential decrees lost their relevancy

Deputy Chief of Staff, Chairman the Documentary Department at the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Oleg Rafalskyy noted that this reduction of advisory bodies is useful in terms of significant saving of budget resources and avoiding overlapping of functions of the Cabinet.

"The eliminated structures lost their relevancy and did not meet the policy, initially proclaimed by Viktor Yanukovich", said Oleg Rafalskyy.
