"All I have to say is that the treasury is empty. Budgetary deficit is 12% of GDP, Pension Fund’s deficit is almost 22 billion", he said.

"Many areas of state activity are in a difficult situation: there is no circulating capital, the debts in VAT refunds are huge. Once we have all the information, it will surely be disclosed", said Viktor Yanukovych.
