Within the framework of his working visit to Kharkiv region President Yushchenko met with students and faculty of Kharkiv National Law Academy of Yaroslav the Wise.
Speaking about alterations to the Constitution President Yushchenko again emphasized that the Basic Law "belongs to the nations" and that "the alterations are very timely".
