In his address at the Taras's Hill in Kaniv President Yushchenko stressed that main condition for success in Ukraine is unity within the society.
"Standing today at this sacred place, near the grave of Taras Shevchenko I again address Ukrainian nation with possibly the most important call - call to unity", - he stressed.
He also pointed to great role Taras Shevchenko had played in the figth for Ukrainian independence and freedom. "Without him many things that are happening today would be impossible", - he said.
