President Victor Yushchenko gave interview to ‘Focus’ weekly magazine.
During the interview President Yushchenko answered questions about his suggested alterations to the Constitution.
“I have honestly and openly set forth my position and ready to stand for every line of this model. Everybody wins: we will have independent Cabinet and independent local authorities. We will have the post of the President with clearly identified authority to guarantee stability, territorial integrity, security and foreign policy”, - said Victor Yushchenko.
