President submits alterations to the Constitution to the VR

In accordance with Articles 93 and 154 of the Constitution of Ukraine President Victor Yushchenko submitted for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada the Draft Law ‘On introduction of alterations to the Constitution of Ukraine”.
