“Political attempts to approve the budget, political dominant won today. We have approved a hard, dramatic and even tragic budget that does not provide answers to fighting the crisis and mobilization of the society to reforms”, - said President Yushchenko at ‘Freedom on Inter’ talk show.
According to him the budget had been prepared based on unrealistic economic indices and calculations with lack of transparency in the process of its elaboration.
President stressed that he would sign the adopted budget because the country could not enter a new year without this important law, but said that it would require further amendments.
