President Victor Yushchenko sent a phone telegram to Kyiv City Administration Head with the request for Kyiv government to urgently solve the problem with heating and water supplies.
According to Victor Yushchenko the amount of debts of the city before “Kyivenergo” and “Naftogaz” became unacceptable. Therefore President requested city authorities to urgently find resources for their payment.
President Yushchenko also addressed the Cabinet with a request to provide Kyiv local authorities with support, necessary for solving the problem.
