President Victor Yushchenko took part in ICTV program ‘Freedom of Speech’ dedicated to the 17th anniversary of Ukrainian independence referendum.
The program was relatively divided into three parts: economic, political and social. During discussion of each subject President Yushchenko was discussing them with political experts, economists, cultural elites’ representatives.
