On December 16, at 10.00 President Victor Yushchenko is to hold an extraordinary meeting with city and town administration heads on repayment of wages debts and critical state of implementation of national target problems.
Beside that sides will discuss mass disconnection of hot water in Ukrainian cities and towns.
