Defence Ministry: Ukrainian and Belarusian officers to tackle draft interdepartmental agreement between states

A Belarusian military delegation led by Deputy Head of General Headquarters of Military Aviation and Troops of Antiaircraft Defence Serhii Trus has arrived to Ukraine with a two-day visit.

Ukrainian and Belarusian military will tackle a draft Agreement between the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defence of Republic of Belarus concerning information exchange in the issues of air situation and flights of aircrafts.

Representatives of the military delegations plan to consider an order of holding a joint training of regular forces and means of antiaircraft defence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus in 2009 and prospects of development of bilateral military cooperation between the two states.
