A total of 3.028 million tons of coal has been accumulated at storehouses of the Ukrainian thermoelectric power plants, which is 602,000 tons more than by the same period last year, fuel and Energy Ministry spokesman Fent Di told.
He specified that last year, 2.426 million tons of coal had been piled up by this date.
SJSC Energy Company of Ukraine has 2.084 million tons of coal at its storages.
