President Victor Yushchenko wrote letters to Crimea Prime-Minister and to Heads of Regional Administrations with an instruction to provide districts of Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi regions damaged by floods and storms the most with support.
In his letters President also assigned to each region one or two districts they will be donating help to.
