On the
occasion of 10th anniversary of National Bank of Ukraine Mint
establishment President Victor Yushchenko attended the facility and took part
in the celebration.
At the
event President Yushchenko awarded the staff of the Mint with state awards
telling: “It is a great honor for me to be today with you, to be proud of you,
of this collective, and to have an opportunity to award on behalf of the State those
people, who have made their contribution into functioning of the Mint”.
Victor
Yushchenko also hammered with his own hands a special silver anniversary coin dated
for 10th anniversary of the Mint.
