Closing the
meeting of Coordinative board on preparation to EURO 2012, which took place
today in Lviv, President Victor Yushchenko reemphasized importance of state
central and local authorities acting responsibly and effectively. He also
informed that he has intention to address Prime Minister with a request to conduct
additional inspections and tell off those ministers who are insufficiently
active in preparation to the championship.
Speaking
about problems in the process of preparation to EURO 2012 President Yushchenko
pointed to need of building 6 additional boarder checkpoints, solving question
of ownership form for 6 airports, being built in hosting cities, drafting necessary
laws by the Government, etc.
