In his
interview to journalists during his visit to Kyiv region President Yushchenko reemphasized
that situation around State Property Fund leadership appointment should be
resolved exclusively within limits of national legislation.
Reminding
that the Fund’s head discharge and appointment according to the Constitution
are executed by the Parliament, Victor Yushchenko said: “My recommendation [to
everybody] and to Government in particular to begin managing the issues lying within legal space of the question
regulation.”
