There are all grounds to forecast that the State Budget will be with a noticeable budget surplus by results of 2008's five months, Finance Minister Viktor Pynzenyk stated at the Investment Forum in Kyiv.
According to Finance Ministry's information, the State Budget has been fulfilled with a surplus each month since the 2008's start. Thus, in January the budget surplus made up UAH 1.9 billion, in January-February - UAH 2.7 billion, in January-March - UAH 1.2 billion (1 USD - 5.05 UAH).
According to planned indexes, surplus of the State Budget's general fund had to make up UAH 8.4 billion in Q1 2008, but by results of actual fulfillment it was only UAH 2.3 billion.
Revenues of the State Budget-2008 were endorsed at UAH 215,359.4 billion (general fund - UAH 168,738.7 billion, special fund - UAH 46,393.7 billion).
Expenses - UAH 232,372 billion (general fund - UAH 186,738.6 billion, special fund - UAH 45,633.4 billion).
A deficit of the State Budget-2008 makes up UAH 18,822 billion.
