At a today's meeting the Cabinet endorsed amendments to the Articles of Association of the OJSC Oshchadbank Ukrainy, Finance Minister Viktor Pynzenyk told journalists.
According to V. Pynzenyk, amendments consist in re-subordination of the bank's internal auditing service to the Supervisory Council (earlier it was subordinate to the Bank Board, but it does not comply with the legislation on banking activities currently in force).
